Exciting Opportunity: Join Mid-Illini Auto Group as We Expand into Autobody Repair!

Discover an exclusive chance to become a managing partner with equity stake at Mid-Illini Auto Group as we venture into the world of autobody repair. We’ve recently acquired a well-equipped autobody repair facility, boasting 2 paint booths and over 9,000 square feet of shop space.
We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on this remarkable opportunity. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and a minimum of 3 years of autobody repair facility management experience, this is not your average management position.
As a Managing Partner, your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the business, ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency. You’ll be tasked with recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates and ensuring the necessary training for all employees. Financial literacy is important, as you’ll need to read and understand financial statements. Setting and achieving goals for the body shop is a must, all while complying with relevant regulations and staying up-to-date with the latest industry equipment, tools, and technology.
We’re looking for someone who can lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success. Along with a minimum of 3 years of autobody repair facility management experience, experience with CCC One or similar software is highly desirable. A personable and friendly demeanor is a must, as customer service is of the utmost importance. Proven leadership skills and a track record of employee development are essential. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary that reflects your experience and overall pay determined by your success. You’ll enjoy 15 paid days off, holidays off, health insurance, dental insurance, and employee discounts on vehicle purchase, parts, and service.
